This morning I received an email informing me the Lululemon Sea Wheeze half marathon in August is canceled! I’m writing this blog on April 29th … three and a half months before the date of the race. Quarantine Report Card

I started this blog two weeks into Quarantine with the intent of updating you all every few weeks. I was winning at quarantine! And then I hit a wall. And I stopped updating this blog. You Do You!

One of the elements I love about Pilates is the fact that it can be modified for just about anybody. If you’ve taken a private or class with me, you have most certainly heard me say, “If anything doesn’t feel right to you, let me know because we can modify it for you!” I firmly believe the work needs to work for you not the other way around.
